As the main representative of the group of edible mushroom producers, it is my privilege to present this company, its products and location, as well as the methods of cultivation used.

Aims

Only through the satisfaction of our customers and the consumer and by meeting their expectations will the aims of the members of our production group be fulfilled. One way to lead our producers to this goal is to maintain stable and efficient management and the effective use of subsidies, received throughout the whole EU including Poland, intended for the development of the European Common Market Organization of Fruit and Vegetables.
The aim of the program is the stabilization of supply and demand, price regulation, the reduction of production expenses and the support of environmentally friendly production methods. Consequently, our members use the latest advances in technology and automation and maintain high standards of biological cultivation methods.

Our group and its activities are one way of drawing producers closer to the market and of increasing market accessibility.
We are open to all kinds of co-operation with other producers and production groups, in order to create a common trade platform.

Strategy

In order to satisfy the constant increase in consumer expectation and to improve our competitiveness, we have launched a packaging line supported by Viscon. This premier packaging solution allows for fully automated packaging and weight processing and includes customer friendly labeling to order.
As a result we are able to pack the product in various weight and size classes and label it securely with our group’s tag, the buyer’s identification tag or the final seller’s label.
A barcode and the details of the product can be printed on the label. At the same time we continually strive to thoroughly meet market expectations and supply present and future consumers with the best quality and fresh produce.
 

The Main Mushroom Production Plant
The plant is equipped with a computer controlled system to manage the cultivation cycle. The automation was provided by the leading mushroom production line manufacturer - The Dalsem Company, which provides fully repeatable production and a high quality product.

Our Products
We offer white and brown table mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms in sizes and packaging prescribed by those making the orders. The total area under cultivation is over 14,000 m2, which supplies us with on average, 80 000 kg of mushrooms per week. The priority in the production cycle is to deliver a product of the highest quality and to deliver the product directly to chains of shops.

Clients
The consumers for our mushrooms are clients from the whole of Europe. Apart from large chains of shops we are open to co-operation with other retailers and wholesalers.
